Once you have accepted our sponsorship offer, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions from our billing department. Within 48 business hours, we’ll also send you an invite to join our payments portal.
From there you’ll need to register to our payments portal, double-checking that all your personal information is complete and correct. Payment and Tax information is needed for us to schedule your payment.
Your invoice will be automatically generated once your video is published unless otherwise requested. You can download the auto-generated invoice directly from your account in the payment portal in the Invoice History Tab.
If your invoice needs different specifications from the one automatically generated, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
