If you want to check the status of your payment you can look for it either in the Creators Platform or in the Payments Portal. Below, are the steps you need to follow to do this on both platforms:
Creators Platform
Step 1: Go to the Creators Platform and click on the Published Tab.
Step 2: Once you’ve clicked on the tab, you’ll be able to see all your payments that have been scheduled & paid.
Payments Portal
Step 1: Go to the Payments Portal and click on the Invoice History tab.
Step 2: Once you’ve clicked on the tab, you’ll be able to see all your payments that have been scheduled & paid. Also, if you would like to download your invoice, just click on the PDF icon to start the download process.
Step 3: As an alternative option, you can go to the Payment History tab and download the payment receipt for the video or videos you’ve published. This document will help you to check if the payment was received in your account or not.
