The account manager responsible for your deal will create a new offer in the creators' platform and send you the appropriate login information (in the case of a new account). To review the offer's terms, please follow THIS TUTORIAL.

You'll have to go to the sponsorship offers tab:
Click on Open Offer
Click on Continue to review the offer and accept it.
