I forgot my Payments Portal password, is there a way to establish a new one?

In case you forget your password of the payments portal, you can trigger the process to establish a new one by doing the following: 

Step 1: Click this link as it will take you to the payments portal and click on “Forgot Password?”

Step 2: Type the email address you’re using in the payments portal and an email will be sent with instructions on how to create a new password. 

NOTE: In case you don't remember the answer to your security question, please send an email to [e-mail] and they will start the process for you.
